Frozen BBQ
Yes... Frozen BBQ today at the park with some friends. Today it was -4 degrees outside, so we all had to warm our hands by the fire.
This BBQ was organized by open pre-school for everyone to join.
We had fun, especially the kids running around the park playing with the kids stuff in the playground.

My Old Buddy
Who is my Old Buddies??? Hmmm.... Its been a long time since I use my buddies...that is my gym shoes! I missed them alot. I first started to go to gym in 1997 and I haven't been to gym for almost 9 years.
Now I'm back to do some training again. I'm glad that I finally can go back to aerobics.
Do any of my old friends remember my buddies?? :-P
