Mini Holidays @ Gävle Sweden..

Me and my family had a Mini holidays at Gävle, Sweden. Gävle is a city at center of Sweden. Well, is not far to go there from Stockholm. Anytime can go there and visit.
We went there because we suppose to go to the Zoo and Tivoli.
But we are one of the kind... blur case that we never checked the opening schedule for this summer. So, they were Closed!! ! My god.... hahahaaa!!

Anyway, we went to the Gävle City instead. Walk around and shopping.
And guess what? i went n cut my hair.ha ha!! I said to the hair stylish i want to cut my hair like a punk rocker style. YES I did!!!

What do you think about my hair?? Ugly?? or ??

We overnight at my friend house Louise. And we had Steamboat for dinner. hehehe!

The next day we went to the Älvkarleby. Älvkarleby is a place where they use the water to produce the electricity. So you can see waterfall. Unfortunately cannot see any waterfall because they never open the hatches.Too Bad!

Our mini holidays is ended..At last we go home n Zzzzz.....

My boring monday making Spring Roll..

Today i made Spring Roll for dinner. Nothing special, just another boring Monday... looking for something to cook.
Now... dinner is served.

I got Jason Mraz CD .......

Today we went out for Asian food for lunch. On the way there we listening to Jason Mraz in the radio. Wah... I'm so happy because I'm one of his fan! hehehe
I like his music..especially the song I'm Yours. I told my husband i wanted to buy his CD.. then everything back like normal singing in car La La La......

After lunch we went to shopping mall..windows shopping like always. Well, of course i walk in to clothing shop and look around.
Suddenly, my husband bought a something and i thought was his CD game. Who knows he always wanted to buy game when he walks into the game shop!! haha..
But this time I'm wrong ...its was for me!! hahahaha And he bought me Jason Mraz CD!!
OH!! A big SMILE on my face and i gave a BIG kiss of course!! :)

Now i can listen to Jason Mraz all night long!!

Times to Play ...

I know... I'm like a Big Kids!! But is not for me.
Yesterday we went to my friend daughter Birthday Party at the Big place for kids to play called Andy's playground.
The playground is for indoor..no worries about the weather. And is not only for kids..if u feel like to be a Big Kids of course u can play too.

Its was so nice and its sooo happening for kids. They play into it sweat and drop apart!!!
Haha...Claes was one of the Big Kids playing around until he got sweat! Well, not me..I'm not playing!!

Anyway, me n my friend and the kids having a great time and very enjoying the birthday party! I'm glad that i went even though is far and raining.
Thanks to Cece inviting us to her daughter Freja birthday party! :)

Boring Saturday ..shopping, mmm..making Veggies Pau.

Hmmm.....what in the earth I'm doing at home on Saturday!!
Well.. I syiok myself again taking my kids out for windows shopping. Buy buy buy...like always! Luckily everything now is on sale!

After the half day of shopping...come home still not happy nothing to do and suddenly i thinking of making Pau. I missed Malaysian pau that they selling beside the road!! Yummy... some more they have so many different kind of pau. Too bad i cant make so many kind of pau.otherwise i can try to sell them. Hahaha..i dreaming again!

Anyway.. like always half way cooking and baby cried of course!
Since i cannot do anything, nice or beautiful pau..turns out ugly pau! :(
But the taste always fabulous!

Finally! My Magic Dough Machine

Hehehehe...its been awhile to write shit on my blog!! LOL
Yesterday, i been out to Stockholm for lunch with my two friends plus kids.
Stockholm is so many peoples and so busy town especially in the summer now. Its so hard to look for place for lunch! Never come to Sweden in the summer! hahahaha...

Anyway, finally i bought a dough machine that i always wish to have. Wah la... i got it!!!
Actually i got it for my Birthday from my 9 friends.... Thank you them to make my wish come true!! hahahahaa...

I LOVE IT!!!
I'm going to start to make bread of my own and fresh noodles! Yummy..
Who knows someday i can open out Kopitiam in Sweden selling Mee Hoon Kueh and Bread with kaya. LOL Hopefully taste nice..
Then all my Malaysian friends need to come to Sweden to support me. OK friends? hahaha Mai siao... maybe I'm just day dreaming like always!

Sometime i felt I'm Very Wu Liao in Sweden , everyday try to do something stupid.
I can just buy all the equipments for baking then leave it for awhile doing nothing. So let see when i start to use my dough machine.

And look for recipes that i never understand the ingredients..you see how stupid i am. Aiyoo... still got alot to learn!!!

Bday Party @ my Home..

Lets my BIG day begin.....
Oh yeah, from morning 0730, right after feeding my daughter. My day started with baking Chocolate cake it called (Kärlekmums) which mean (Love yummy) something like that.
My cake is one of the typical Swedish cake in Sweden. Lot of cream and marzipan. The cake called Princesstårta (Princess cake).
The first time i came to Sweden its was my 21st bday, i had a very small piece of princesstårta i dint even like it because i felt is too much cream and very sweet. Really!!! I not used to it..I feel that is yucky after all.
After a few years i been living in Sweden, i changed my mind ..i love it.
I made a couple time by myself.. and this time i decided to have 6 layer. Normally is only 3 layer. I put on Vanilla cream and Strawberry layer by layer. Then i put cream around the cake and the Pink marzipan on it...and decorate.




Another typical Swedish cake i ordered from the bakery is called Smörgåstårt(Sandwich cake).The cake fill with bread, tuna, small prawn,red caviar, black caviar, salmon, egg and cheese.
Oh yummy!! hehehee..

First of all...Thank you to all my friends who wishing me Happy Bday.
Its been a long day sitting at home waiting to watch Olympic ceremony to start.
The ceremony is so cool, very beautiful and hmmmm...unbelievable!!

Well, too bad i cant keep on watching the ceremony. I have to make egg tart for my birthday party on Saturday. While I'm baking my egg tart..my god is like torture ,my baby is crying and crying wanted me to carry her. And i end up making one hole big egg tart instead. Its turn out ugly!
Anyway, later after the mess...one of my friend came from south of Sweden to join my party for tomorrow.
We both had a glass of white wine and also some Crayfish. We both LEPAK, having great time together even though we kinda tired.
Yes is only we both lepaking ..our ANG MOH husband dint like Crayfish and wine!
Well well....ladies night we enjoy our self ha ha...

Mee Hoon Kueh

Todays dinner is...
Mee Hoon Kueh....its a very typical chinese dish. In the oldies.. well grandma stories, they said this dish is for poor people that have no money to buy food. Anyway, who cares....
I like Mee Hoon Kueh very much, one of my favourite dish. Oh yeah! dont forget to add some "Ikan Bilis" that will be perfect!

My homemade Currypuff

Today i made some currypuff for this Saturday...
Im gonna have my birthday party at my house. Of couse not only currypuff...actually i order something it called "Smörgåstårta" in english...let me think...hmmmmm something like "sandwich cake" Well... in Sweden they like to eat funny food all the time. But trust me is kinda nice!! Dont worried i will post the picture soon.
Ok..back to my currypuff now... Actually is kinda easy to make currypuff .. all you need is ready made pastry puff and cook some curry chicken with potatos. And just put into the oven.
Then is ready to eat!

How do i start to create my own blog? Sound funny huh... since everyone have their own blog, well ..never to late to have my own blog!
Sometime i feel like im to busy to do anything at all , after the whole day of hard work taking care of my son Leo and my daugther Lisabel. Mother of two kids ...mmm... until the end of the day finally, i have time for myself to sit down and relax with my peaceful mind.
OOoppss!! not to forget my husband.. hahaha!! Him my god, what can i say about him? He and his online game ...OMG!! NON STOP playing !! Well, what can i say...MAN!!!
This is fun...i doing my bloggin and he playin..issit boring (sien)! What to do life's suck! lol

Everyday...

Everyday single day ...same routine!! I feel tired since i moved to Sweden. Nothing really hit right into your face and say WAKE UP! time to do something we have to do this and that bla bla bla.... I never felt that way anymore. To be honest my life is more into anutie style (ops! im not even 30 yet) very cham,right? Can you imagine?? LOL

Well, the sky is still blue...the day is still young!! I need to start to enjoy life before is too late!
